This Refund and Return Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds, returns, or reprints may be approved.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products
All products offered by Print Standard Point are custom printed based on customer-provided specifications, artwork, sizes, and quantities. Due to the personalized nature of our services, most orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun. Each order is produced specifically for the customer and cannot be resold or reused.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all order details and artwork before approving production.
Eligibility for Refunds or Reprints
Refunds or reprints may be considered only in cases where a product is proven to be defective due to an error made by Print Standard Point. Such errors may include printing defects, incorrect materials, or production mistakes that clearly differ from the approved order specifications.
Any request for a refund or reprint must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the order. The customer must provide clear photographic evidence demonstrating the issue so that our team can evaluate the claim. Failure to report issues within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the delivered products.
Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Situations
Print Standard Point does not issue refunds or accept returns for issues resulting from customer-supplied artwork, including spelling mistakes, incorrect information, low-resolution images, design errors, or files approved in proofs. Color variations caused by differences between screen displays and printed materials are also not considered defects.
Refunds or returns will not be provided for changes of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, dissatisfaction with design choices approved by the customer, or delays caused by shipping carriers.
Proof Approval Responsibility
If a digital proof is provided before production, it is the customer’s responsibility to review the proof carefully. Approval of a proof confirms acceptance of all content, layout, colors, and design elements. Once a proof has been approved, Print Standard Point is not responsible for any errors present in the approved version.
Any issues identified after proof approval are not eligible for refunds or reprints.
Production and Order Cancellation
Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If a cancellation request is made before production begins, Print Standard Point may approve the cancellation at its discretion. In such cases, administrative or processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution. Print Standard Point is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
Shipping-Related Issues
Print Standard Point is not responsible for damages, delays, or losses caused by shipping carriers after an order has left our facility. Any shipping-related claims must be directed to the carrier. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in filing such claims when possible.
Limitation of Liability
Print Standard Point’s liability for any approved refund or claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Policy Updates
Print Standard Point reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
