8.2 Proofs and Approvals

If digital proofs are provided:

• Customers must review proofs carefully

• Once approved, no changes can be made

Any errors discovered after approval are the customer’s responsibility.

9. Color Accuracy and Print Variations

• Printed colors may vary from on-screen previews

• Color differences may occur due to materials, inks, and equipment

• Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated

Minor variations are not considered defects.

10. Production Time

• Production timelines are estimates only

• Production begins after payment and artwork approval

• Delays caused by customer revisions or late approvals are not our responsibility

11. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed

• Shipping carriers operate independently

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is shipped.

12. Inspection and Acceptance of Products

Failure to report issues within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the products.
